At Champion Global Prints, we take pride in delivering high-quality printing, branding, and custom solutions. Your satisfaction is important to us. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the conditions, processes, and timelines for requesting refunds or returning items purchased from our services.


1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

To qualify for a refund or return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The product or service was purchased directly from Champion Global Prints.
  2. The request is made within 7 business days of delivery or project completion (unless otherwise stated).
  3. The product is defective, damaged, or does not meet the specifications agreed upon in the order.
  4. Customized orders (e.g., personalized prints, branded materials) are not eligible for return unless there is a clear defect or error on our part.
  5. Proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or order confirmation) must be provided.


2. Non-Refundable Items and Services

Certain items and services cannot be returned or refunded, including:

  • Personalized or custom print orders delivered as per approved proofs.
  • Digital files or designs once delivered.
  • Services that have been completed and approved by the client.
  • Orders damaged due to client mishandling after delivery.


3. Refund Process

If your request is eligible, the refund process is as follows:

  2. Provide a detailed explanation of the issue and any supporting evidence (photos, screenshots, etc.).
  3. Our team will review the request within 3 business days.
  4. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7โ€“10 business days.

Note: Shipping or delivery fees are non-refundable unless the error is on our side.


4. Return Process

If a physical item needs to be returned:

  1. Contact our customer supportย 
  2. Carefully pack the item in its original packaging to avoid damage during transit.
  3. Ship the item to the address provided by our support team.
  4. Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of the refund or replacement.

Note: Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.


5. Replacement Policy

In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, especially for defective or damaged products. Replacements are processed after the original item is received and inspected.


6. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before production begins. Customized orders that have entered production cannot be canceled. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@championglobalprints.co.uk.

If there is a disagreement regarding refunds, returns, or replacements, our team will make every effort to resolve the matter amicably. Unresolved disputes may be subject to applicable consumer protection laws in United Kingdom.
