We specialise in a wide range of custom products including T-shirts, polo shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, tote bags, aprons, pillowcases, and ceramic mugs. All items can be personalised using our high-quality DTF printing technology.


2. How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 2–3 working days. Delivery may take slightly longer if you order over the weekend, during bank holidays, or for international shipments.


3. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship internationally. Delivery times vary depending on the country. Contact us for a more accurate timeframe and shipping cost.


4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major payment methods including Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, VISA, MasterCard, and AMEX. All online payments on our website are secure.


5. Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes. You can return items within 14 days as long as they are unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags and packaging.
We do not offer direct exchanges—simply return the item and place a new order once your return is approved.


6. How do I return an item?

To start a return, email info@championglobalprints.co.uk with your order number. We will guide you through the return process and provide instructions on how to send the item back.


7. What is DTF printing and why is it special?

DTF (Direct to Film) printing is a high-quality method that allows designs to be printed onto a special film and transferred to almost any fabric type—including cotton, polyester, leather, silk, and synthetic fibres. It offers vibrant colours, durability, and excellent detail.


8. Will you edit or adjust my artwork before printing?

No. We print exactly what you upload. Please ensure your artwork is high-resolution (300 DPI), correctly sized, and properly aligned before ordering.
We are not responsible for errors such as low resolution, incorrect sizing, spelling mistakes, or poor-quality uploads.


9. How can I track my order?

We update your order status at each milestone. You’ll receive email notifications letting you know when your order is being processed, printed, dispatched, and delivered.


10. Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes, an account is required to complete an order. This helps us manage your order details, provide tracking, and ensure better customer service.

11. Can I place a custom or bulk order?

Yes! We specialise in both individual and bulk orders. For large quantities, corporate branding, team uniforms, or event merchandise, contact us and our team will prepare a customised quote based on your needs.


12. What file types do you accept for custom designs?

We accept PNG (transparent), PDF, and EPS files. Your artwork must be 300 DPI at the final print size to ensure the best quality results.


13. Will the colours on my screen match the printed product?

Colours may appear slightly different due to variations in screen brightness and calibration. However, we use industry-standard printers to ensure the closest possible colour accuracy.


14. Can you help me create or fix my design?

At the moment, we do not offer editing or design correction. All artwork must be uploaded final, complete, and print-ready. What you upload is exactly what will be printed.


15. Do you print on customer-supplied clothing or items?

No, we currently only print on items supplied directly by Champion Global Prints. This ensures consistent quality, durability, and best printing results.


16. What sizes and measurements do you offer for apparel?

We offer a wide range of sizes across T-shirts, polos, hoodies, sweatshirts, and aprons. Sizes vary by product, and size charts will be included on each product page to help you choose the best fit.


17. What happens if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will verify the problem and arrange a replacement or solution as quickly as possible.


18. How do DTF gang sheets work?

A DTF gang sheet allows you to place multiple designs on one large sheet, making it cost-effective for bulk transfers. You can upload your ready-made gang sheet or use our online designer to arrange and resize your artwork.
All gang sheets must meet the required size and DPI specifications.


19. Are DTF transfers reusable?

No. DTF transfers are single-use. Once pressed onto a fabric, they cannot be reused or transferred again.


20. How do I cancel or change my order after placing it?

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet entered production, we may be able to assist. Customized items that have already been printed cannot be cancelled or refunded.
